By downloading, installing, or using PulseToPeace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

PulseToPeace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Medical Disclaimer

Important: PulseToPeace is designed for general wellness and cognitive training purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

If you experience any physical discomfort, dizziness, or other adverse effects while using the breathing exercises or any other features of the App, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activity that occurs on your device while using the App
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the App in a safe environment, particularly during breathing exercises

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of PulseToPeace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSETOPEACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Data and Privacy

Updates and Modifications
